The retail tech convention
Retail technology
Insights in the tech world
The biggest convention in retail tech was the NRF or National Retail Federation in New York City's Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. It was January 2024 and I went to that convention with my invention. It had 40 thousand people there from over 100 countries and 6200 brands. When you see alot of new retail technology must of it comes from this convention and there was a lot of AI technologies, like robotic fry cookers. I think Mac Donald's wanted to go AI with it cooking staff but that will take a few years. Image going to Mac Donald's in the future and order a meal and the robot says do you want to super size it or ordering the meal and you said no onions and you still got onions in the burger, I wonder who's fault it would be the robot or the company and Image holographic images of food in the vending machine. I have been to restaurants and what ever you choose on the menu the waiter would say, that’s a fine choice sir. Now somewhere in the future most restaurants will have robots as waiters, you order the food and it probably will say mmm that sounds delicious. I went off track a little, so the NRF 2025 will be in January 12-14 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. I will go to that convention again, maybe this time it will be better because the technology will improve from this year and my invention will probably have something to work with in the retail business, example: it will be time for the vending machine to get an upgrade and that's where my invention comes in, but there are a lot of competitions at these events so my next blog will be about the another tech convention. To say something else there alot of different tech conventions, will keep you tuned to the next big thing.?
