In California there is a automated store that is run by robots. These stores are mainly operated by a company called Vend hub that specializes in smart stores.

The store is an app base store, you download the app choose your item pay on your phone and then the robot gets the merchandise and put it in the slot. The customer is then notified by the app that the merchandise is ready for pickup.

The robot has both a suction cup and a hand Like retriever that it uses to get the merchandise, the only human interventionis the stocking of the merchandise. This is the start of the robotic revolution, I believe the future is going to be more robotic and we will see them in our daily lives no matter what profession it is because humanoid robots with AI will see the future of smarter and more Human-like robots.
