Door locks are getting an upgrade. A company called Kiwisets makes a number of Deadlock for the door, here are a few technological upgrades for the door lock. The first one is the Bluetooth door lock, it can be opened with your phone, watch and voice.

The second door lock is the advanced Deadlock just a touch on the lock and the door lock opens and the color will change from purple to green when it is unlocked.

The third it the touch screen door lock. It can be opened by a code and is connected to the Smart home technologies like Siri or Alexa.
