Researchers for the first time has invented a holographic image that can be grabbed and manipulated. These are 3D images of an object that can be moved about by your hand.

The true 3D image is also called volumetric displays, that allows the users to grab and move the image around.

 

This is a great invention for interactive holographic images and will play an important part in the reality of the 3D world because the more technologies that are invented for holographic images the more advanced these images will be , e.g TV an advertisement could be as real to the touch as going to the store.
