GIS is getting an upgrade it has now been equipped with AI ( artificial intelligence) and ML ( machine learning) in the geographic information system

This is used in urban development. This technology can compare past variations to make proper decisions on urban development. The 3D technology allows the visualization of data dimensions.

This helps in properly building structures on the land, this technology makes it possible to see the zoning areas and what the environment is around and under it.

The other features are the planning of buildings and city areas, to build around existing structures and making sure the environment is stable for the structures or buildings. This technology is taking over the GIS planning system and is permanently used in planning for city and suburban mapping. It's also a learning system that can plan a entire city.
